Terms of use

These terms govern access to AvoSign, account creation, AI-assisted letter drafting, lawyer review coordination, payment, and acceptable use.

Version: 2026-06-16

1. Service

AvoSign provides a digital workflow that helps users describe a dispute, generate a formal letter draft, coordinate lawyer review and signature, and organize sending.

AvoSign is not a court, a public authority, or a guarantee that the recipient will comply. The service is intended as an early formal correspondence step.

2. Account and eligibility

Users must provide accurate information, keep their credentials confidential, and use the service only for lawful purposes.

AvoSign may refuse or suspend a request if the facts appear abusive, fraudulent, threatening, discriminatory, or unrelated to a legitimate dispute.

3. AI draft and lawyer review

The AI helps structure facts and draft wording. The user remains responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

A partner lawyer may review and sign the final letter. The review is limited to the formal letter workflow and does not automatically create ongoing representation.

4. Price and payment

The standard price is $29 per formal letter unless another price is displayed before checkout.

Taxes, payment processing, delivery options, or jurisdiction-specific costs may be shown separately if they apply.

5. Delivery and records

AvoSign coordinates the sending workflow and keeps a record of the final content and sending status when available.

Delivery times and recipient response times may vary depending on the selected channel and external providers.

6. Limits

AvoSign does not promise a specific settlement, refund, response, or court outcome.

Urgent matters, criminal matters, complex litigation, or limitation-period issues should be handled with dedicated legal counsel.
